Sarentix sells digital products.
Because fulfilment begins after purchase and the pack is generated using the information provided in the intake form, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once fulfilment has started or the pack has been delivered.

Change of mind
We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once fulfilment has started or the pack has been delivered.
This is because the product is a digital, business-specific pack generated from the information you provide after purchase.
Order problems
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@sarentix.com.
This includes issues such as:
non-delivery
broken or inaccessible delivery links
duplicate payment
receiving the wrong files
receiving a pack that materially does not match the product purchased
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement delivery, correction, refund, or other remedy.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
