About these Terms

These Terms apply to purchases made through Sarentix.

Sarentix is operated by Sarentic Pty Ltd, trading as Sarentix.

What we provide

Sarentix provides digital decision-support and rollout packs for internal business use.

These products are designed to help businesses set a clear internal position on AI use and support internal rollout through related documentation and materials.

How ordering works

When you purchase a product through the site:

  1. payment is completed first

  2. you are then directed to a short intake form

  3. the information you provide is used to generate and deliver your product

Fulfilment is based on the information provided through the intake form.

Product scope

Sarentix products are designed to support internal business decision-making and rollout.

They are prepared using the information you provide and are intended to help your business document a practical internal position and communicate it more clearly.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sarentix products are not:

  • legal advice

  • formal compliance certification

  • bespoke consulting services

  • a substitute for obtaining professional advice where required

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and complete information in the intake form

  • reviewing the delivered materials for suitability to your business

  • deciding how the materials are implemented within your business

  • using the materials in a lawful and appropriate manner

If the information you provide is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, the resulting product may not be suitable for your intended use.

Permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the product is licensed for internal use within the purchasing business, including use by its staff and contractors for internal business purposes only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • resell the product

  • redistribute the product to third parties

  • republish the product as your own commercial product

  • use the product to provide commercial services to third parties

  • create derivative products for resale or external distribution

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally using the email address and related systems connected to your order.

If you do not receive your order, or if there is a delivery issue, contact support@sarentix.com.

Third-party providers

We may use third-party providers to operate the website, process payments, collect intake information, automate fulfilment, generate documents, store customer and order data, and send emails.

These providers may include Squarespace, Stripe, Zoho, Airtable, and Make.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Please refer to the Refund Policy for information about change-of-mind requests, order problems, and consumer rights.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarentix excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Where a non-excludable guarantee or similar right applies, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protections or other non-excludable rights apply under the laws of your place of residence.
